Five-storey residential building, surmounted by a roof terrace, comprising six condominiums (775 to 1,500 square feet). Style studied, refined and minimalist. Light, interior and exterior spaces highlighted. Quality natural materials.

Each condominium is unique and associated with a specific theme. The two upper units have a mezzanine and a private terrace.

The architectural challenge of this project was to implement six distinct condos in a narrow site by maximizing the area allowed by the city.
