The client was looking to build his main residence along a lake in Blainville. The design incorporates select elements and materials from the surrounding environment to establish a harmonious connection with the neighborhood’s character, offering a fresh yet respectful addition to the area while also catering to the lifestyle and needs of our clients. This three-storey project is generous in its spaces, but especially in its views to the outside world. The bucolic setting and close proximity to the lake are felt in every room of the house.

The garden level will become an important leisure area (gym, bar, home cinema, large playroom), intimately connected with the landscape that overlooks outdoor spaces including the pool, terraces, etc.

The first floor will include the traditional living spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, powder room, mudroom) and upstairs, we'll find four bedrooms, including the master suite.
