The client has purchased an existing one-storey building at 75 Kirkland Boulevard in Kirkland, QC. They wish to relocate from their current building in order to resolve functional requirements for the assembly. The main hall in the new location will imitate the current hall in layout and dimension. The remainder of the building and site, being significantly larger than their current location, will be better equipped to accommodate the needs.

Primary aspects of the project include a complete reworking of the interior with structural modifications to fully outfit the gutted interior space for the current and future needs of the client. The renovation work includes architectural, landscape, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering aspects.
