The client recently purchased an existing one-storey bungalow in Baie d'Urfé. They wished to redesign the existing interior and build and extension. The proposed house is intended to harmonize with the existing architecture in the neighbourhood, as well as its heritage.

The main floor includes a front entry, kitchen, dining, living/family room, master bedroom suite, two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, closets, circulation spaces, and garages. The exterior of the building is intended to meet the requirements of the town of Baie d'Urfé and comply with the vernacular of the existing fabric.
