The client owned an existing lot located  in Hudson, Quebec. He wished to build a new custom designed home on this lot. The proposed house was intended to be built to a size and at a budget which will be appropriate to the setting and to the possible potential resale.

 

The programme of spaces, room types and floor areas was developed with the following programs in mind: A main living area with a front entry, kitchen, dining, living/family room, mud room, powder room, and circulation spaces, or similar. Exterior balcony and large screen porch were included to maximize the connection with the lake.
